1. General information
- The operator of the website and the controller of personal data collected on the Website is a company operating under the name INTER-BUD DEVELOPER sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Cracow-Śródmieście in Cracow, Commercial Division XI of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000145782, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 9451981507 (hereinafter referred to as the Website Operator).
- The Website Operator ensures compliance of the processing of personal data of Website users (hereinafter referred to as the User) with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
- The Website gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following manner:
a. through information inserted in forms on a voluntary basis.
b. through saving cookies in end devices.
c. by collecting logs of the web server operating at: www.wingsplaza.pl - The Website also contains links to social networking sites; to learn about the privacy policies of these sites, we encourage you to visit the websites of the entities operating these sites.
- The Website does not make automated decisions based on personal data, nor does it perform profiling.
2. Information about forms
- The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the User.
- The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the reservation of hotel services, inquire about availability, contact sales, or process payments.
3. Purpose of data processing
- The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to submit an inquiry about availability, make a reservation for services and their implementation, check in at the aparthotel run by the Website Operator (hereinafter: hotel), and answer questions about the services. Providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting the service with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to make a reservation, conclude a contract with the aparthotel, check in at the aparthotel and issue an invoice.
- Users’ personal data are processed by the Website Operator for purposes related to the provision of hotel services or other similar services, including in particular for the purpose of:
a. submitting an inquiry about the availability of services,
b. to enable the response to inquiries regarding services and their implementation,
c. making a reservation for services,
d. ensuring safety,
e. concluding or performing a contract to which the User is a party or taking action at the User’s request before concluding a contract, sending commercial information via electronic means of communication,
f. documenting the performance of services for tax purposes,
g. pursuing claims,
h. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Website Operator,
i. sending commercial and marketing offers if the User has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. - Personal data may also be processed by video surveillance used by the aparthotel to protect the property and safety of aparthotel guests and persons staying on its premises. The legal basis for data processing through monitoring is the protection of the vital interests of hotel guests and other natural persons, as well as the legitimate interest of the Website Operator.
4. Sharing, storing and accessing data
- User data is made available to external entities only within legally permitted limits.
- The User’s personal data may be made available in particular to the following categories of recipients:
a. accounting firms, insurance companies and law firms cooperating with the Website Operator,
b. travel agencies cooperating with the Website Operator,
c. hosting companies, IT companies and companies providing support in managing the IT infrastructure of the Website Operator,
d. entities participating in support processes necessary for the implementation of hotel services, including payment services and services provided electronically,
e. the Website Operator’s collaborators providing services, including in particular those related to direct service and execution of reservations,
f. public authorities or entities performing public tasks entitled to receive personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations. - The Website Operator does not disclose User data to third parties for marketing purposes and does not transfer data to entities from countries outside the European Union, unless such countries guarantee equivalent protection of personal data.
- The Website Operator cooperates with online accommodation booking portals (e.g. booking.com, etravel, profitroom) and is responsible for the content of the website in order to enable reservations of hotel services directly through such portals, however, reservations are processed by the booking portals. Thus, the information
provided by users on booking portals will be shared with these portals and their affiliated partners. - If the User grants consent to the processing of data, the Website Operator stores this data until the consent is withdrawn. In other cases, the Website Operator stores the data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, in particular until the statute of limitations for tax claims or civil law claims related to the services provided by the Website Operator expires.
- the User has the right to:
a. access the content of his or her personal data, which is understood as the possibility of submitting a query to the Website Operator about the type of User’s data being processed and obtaining information about the purpose, category of data being processed and recipients of User’s data,
b. request the rectification of your data if it is incorrect or incomplete,
c. withdraw consent to data processing at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent,
d. object to the processing of your data when the Website Operator intends to process it for marketing purposes or to transfer your data to another data controller,
e. request the erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or the User has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for processing, or the data is processed unlawfully,
f. request restriction of the processing of data to the extent specified by law and request to transfer his or her data to another controller or to you,

5. Information on cookies files.
- The Website uses cookies.
- Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the page the originate from, storage time in the end user and a unique number.
- The entity that places cookies on the User’s end device and obtains access to them is the Website Operator.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a. adapting the content of the Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the Website; in particular, these files allow the Website User’s device to be recognised and the website to be properly displayed, tailored to their individual needs,
b. statistical purposes, which enable us to improve the structure and content of the Website; the analysis of statistics is anonymous and enables us to adapt the Website to prevailing trends, and is also used to assess the popularity of the Website page,
c. maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website,

- Information on certain User behaviours are logged in the server layer. The said data are used solely for the purpose of server administration and to provide the most efficient support for the provided hosting services.
- The reviewed resources are identified by the URL addresses. Moreover, the following can be subject to saving:
a. time of receipt of the enquiry,
b. time of sending the reply,
c. client’s station name – identification performed by the HTTP or HTTPS protocol,
d. information on errors occurring during the HTTP or HTTPS transaction.
e. URL address of the page previously visited by the User (referer link) – if transfer to the Website occurred through a hyperlink,
f. information on the User’s browser,
g. information about the User’s IP address. - The above data are not associated with particular persons browsing the pages.
